Preliminarysales contracts concluded

-175 contracts concluded in_#160;Q3 2022 (out of which 113 premises ofArchicom S.A. Group), compared to_#160;603 contracts concluded in_#160;Q3_#160;2021.

-1202 contracts concluded in_#160;2022 so far(outof which 645 premises of Archicom S.A. Group),compared to_#160;2322 contracts concluded in_#160;corresponding period of_#160;2021.

Numberof_#160;premises handed over to_#160;clients

-760 premises handed over in_#160;Q3 2022 (out of which 293 premises ofArchicom S.A. Group), compared to_#160;757 premises handed over in_#160;Q3_#160;2021.

-1515 apartments handed over in 2022 so far (out of which 675 premises ofArchicom S.A. Group), compared to 1632 apartments handed over incorresponding period of 2021.

Theabove data includes apartments and service premises sold and handed overto customers by Archicom S.A. group.

Apartmentfor rent segment results

-1252 apartments for rent in four projects started since the beginning of2022, compared to_#160;1497 apartments in four projects startedinthe corresponding period of 2021,

-149 apartments for rent in one project handed over to_#160;Resi4Rent groupcompanies since the beginning of 2022, compared to_#160;834 apartments inthree projects handed overincorresponding period of 2021.
