Theestimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group -October2022

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for October 2022.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in October 2022 amountedto approximately PLN597.94million and was29.04%highercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after ten months of 2022, the total value of tradingon the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN4_#160;519.33million, representing ayear-on-year increase of16.43%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in October 2022 amounted toapproximately PLN48.56million and was87.05% higheryear-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after ten months of 2022, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN854.21million,registering a year-on-year increase of41.98%.

3)Debt claims financed

InOctober 2022, the value of financed receivables by AFORTI Factoramounted to approximately PLN0.62million and was up63.70%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after ten months of the current year AFORTI Factorfinanced a total of approx. PLN3.84million ofreceivables, recording a reduction of54.43% year-on-year.

4)Total sales

InOctober 2022, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximatelyEUR154.28_#160;million,up44.89%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after ten months of 2022, the total value of salesin the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR1 282,04million,an increase of30.10% year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InOctober 2022, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.254and was11.16% higher than in thesame period of the previous year.
