Resigningfrom publication of financial results forecasts for 2023 year

TheManagement Board of Aforti Holding SA with its registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer") hereby announces, thatit has decided not to publish the forecasts of financial results of theCompany for the year 2023 nor for any of its periods.

Inthe opinion of the Management Board of the Company, the dynamicallygrowing scale of the Issuer's activity and external factors related toits market environment limit the ability to precisely determine theforecast of the Issuer's financial result. Considering the above, thepublication of financial forecasts would be too risky and could misleadinvestors.
