Publication dates of periodic reports in 2023.The Management Boardof Korporacja Gospodarcza _quot;efekt_quot; S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: theIssuer, the Company) with its registered office in Kraków, in accordancewith § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the law of a non-member state (hereinafter referred to asthe _quot;Regulation_quot;), publishes fixed dates of periodic reports in thefinancial year 2023:Annual Reports:- Consolidated annual reportfor the financial year 2022 - April 11, 2023;- Separate annualreport for the financial year 2022 - April 11, 2023;Consolidatedquarterly reports containing abbreviated separate financial information:-for the first quarter of 2023 - May 17, 2023;- for the third quarterof 2023 - October 31, 2023.Consolidated report for the first half of2023 containing condensed separate financial information:- September18, 2023.At the same time, the Issuer informs that in 2023 it willcontinue to submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterlyfinancial information referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation andthe consolidated semi-annual report containing the condensed semi-annualfinancial statements referred to in § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation.Pursuantto § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish aquarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the fourthquarter of the financial year 2022 and the second quarter of thefinancial year 2023.Legal basis:- par. 80 sec. 1 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and theconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the lawof a non-member state;- article 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act of 29July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financialinstruments to organized trading and on public companies.
