Notification from PTE Allianz Polska SA

Ovostar Union Public Company Limited (WSE: OVO) with reference to the information duty resulting from Art.70(1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005 hereby informs that on 16 May 2023 the following notification was received from PTE Allianz Polska S.A.:

"Based on Article. 69 sec. 1 point 1) in connection with Art. 87 sec. 1 point 2b) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2554, as amended; "Act") Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska SA that manages Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter: Allianz OFE) kindly informs that pursuant to art. 69 sec. 1 of the Act of August 28, 1997 on the organization and operation of pension funds (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2342, as amended) on May 12, 2023, as a result of the liquidation of the Second Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter: Second Allianz OFE), by transferring its assets to Allianz OFE, the share in the total number of votes of Ovostar Union on the accounts of Allianz OFE was above 5%

Before the liquidation of the Second Allianz OFE, the total balance on the accounts of Allianz OFE and Second Allianz OFE amounted to 311,443 shares of the Company, which constituted a total of 5.19% of the share capital of the Company and gave the right to exercise 311,443 votes, representing 5.19% of the total number of votes at General Meeting of the Company.

After the liquidation of the Second Allianz OFE, 311,443 shares were registered on the account of Allianz OFE, constituting 5.19% of the share capital of the Company, which gives the right to exercise 311,443 votes from shares constituting 5.19% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.

At the same time, Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska SA, that manages Allianz OFE, informs that:

• it has no subsidiaries holding shares in the Company,
• the above circumstances do not fall within the scope of art. 69 sec. 4 point 6 of the Act,
• it does not possess financial instruments referred to in Art. 69b sec. 1 point 1) and 2) of the Act."
