Annual General Meeting approves dividend of EUR 0.50 per share

The Board of Directors of ASTARTA HOLDING PLC announces that on May 24, 2023 the Annual General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution to pay a distribution of EUR0.50 per share on all ordinary shares in total amount of EUR 12,500,000.

In accordance with the decision adopted by the Board of Directors on May 24, 2023 the distribution will be paid on 16 June 2023 (the "Payment Date") to shareholders on the register at the close of business day on 2 June 2023 (the "Record Date"). No withholding tax on the dividend shall be withheld in Cyprus from the amounts payable to the shareholders. Dividend will be paid in EURO.
