Notification of the decrease of the share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of Ovostar Union Public Company Limited below 10% by Generali Open Pension Fund represented by Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytlane S.A.

Ovostar Union Public Company Limited (WSE: OVO) (further referred to as "Company") informs that a notification was received from Generali Open Pension Fund represented by Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytlane S.A., reading that as the result of the transaction conducted on 13.09.2023 the share in capital and number of votes at the General Meeting of Ovostar Union Public Company Limited were decreased below 10%.

Before the transaction Generali Open Pension Fund represented by Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytlane S.A. held 655.909 shares (six hundred fifty-five thousand nine hundred and nine shares) which represented 10,93% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

After the transaction Generali Open Pension Fund represented by Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytlane S.A. held 0 shares (no shares) which represented 0,00% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
