Notification of exceeding the threshold of 25% of total voting rights in Ovostar Union PCL by FAIRFAX Financial Holdings Limited

Ovostar Union Public Company Limited (WSE: OVO) (further referred to as "Company") informs that a notification was received from FAIRFAX Financial Holdings Limited, reading that as the result of the transaction conducted on 13.09.2023 the share in capital and number of votes at the General Meeting of Ovostar Union Public Company Limited were increased above 25%.

Before the transaction FAIRFAX Financial Holdings Limited held directly and/or indirectly through the controlled undertakings 1.049.942 shares (one million forty-nine thousand nine hundred forty-two shares) which represented 17,499% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

After the transaction FAIRFAX Financial Holdings Limited held directly and/or indirectly through the controlled undertakings 1.650.888 shares (one million six hundred and fifty thousand eight hundred eighty-eight shares) which represented 27,51% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
