Financing from JSC "OSCHADBANK"

ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces, that state-owned Joint Stock Company "State Savings Bank of Ukraine" has signed a loan agreement with the Company. The funds raised will be used to finance an investment project to build a new soybean processing plant in Globyno (the Poltava region) which will produce soybean protein concentrate. The total amount of the credit limit is USD60m. The loan term is seven years.
