Notification for the purposes of article 13 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers

Luxembourg – 13 June 2025 – Alvotech S.A. announces that as a result of the completion of a private placement that was carried out on 4 June 2025, by way of delivery of Swedish Depositary Receipts and ordinary shares to participating investors on 10 June 2025, the proportion of own shares held by Alvotech S.A. has reached 4.20%, falling below the 5% threshold of the total number of voting rights.

The above percentage has been calculated on the basis of 13,636,682 own shares out of 324,801,040 shares in issue to which voting rights are attached.
