Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 26 February 2025 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 1,000,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for employees.

From 26 February through 12 June the company bought 876,300 shares at an average price of NOK 73.3842. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the company owns 1,194,932 treasury shares.
