The Board of Directors hereby announces that it has received a notification dated 3 June 2025 from Rizzo, Farrugia & CO (Stockbrokers) Ltd, a company registered in Malta with company registration number C 13102 and with registered office at Airways House, Fourth Floor, High Street, Sliema SLM 1551, Malta (obo clients) ("the Shareholder").

The notification indicates that, with effect from 2 June 2025, the Shareholder holds 14.83% (previously holding 15.10%) of the voting rights in the Company.

The notification was made in regard to acquisitions and disposals of voting rights in the Company.
