Dividend payment ex-date of AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs”

AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs” (LJM1R, ISIN LV0000100741) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment on June 29, 2021 at the end of the working day of the Nasdaq CSD Latvian Settlement System.

Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is June 28, 2021. From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends.

AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs” will pay dividend 0.07 EUR per share on June 30, 2021.

AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs” confirms that the dividends are paid from profits earned until 31.12.2017.
