Appointment of Interim Chief Commercial Officer

The Company hereby announces that Ms. Alison Mercieca, holder of Identity Card number 31983M residing at 3, Antirium, Triq Patri Taddew Schembri, Haz Zabbar ZBR 2690, Malta, has been appointed as Interim Chief Commercial Officer of the Company with effect from the 16th June 2025.

With over 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Ms. Mercieca brings a strong track record in strategy, execution, and leadership. She spent several years leading the Project Management Office (PMO), where she was instrumental in driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering significant business transformation. Over the past five years, she has headed the B2C Marketing team at GO, responsible from product development to customer communications, with a consistent focus on enhancing the customer experience. Ms. Mercieca works closely with teams across the organisation to deliver products and services that align with evolving customer needs.

Ms. Mercieca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Computing from the University of Malta. She also serves on the board of AQS Med Limited.

There is no other matter concerning Ms. Mercieca that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
