Appointment of Chief of Wholesale

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Patrick Gatt, holder of Identity Card number 127175M residing at 344, Triq ta' Masrija, Mellieha has been appointed as Chief of Wholesale. This appointment will be effective as of the 1st day of May 2025.

Mr. Gatt joins the Chief Officer team with deep industry insight shaped by a long-standing career at GO, where he has held diverse leadership roles across customer relations, business development, and International & wholesale since 2008.

Over the past nine years, he has led GO's International and Wholesale portfolio, managing strategic partnerships with global operators in areas including roaming, international and local data, wholesale messaging, International voice, and other value-added services.

His leadership has driven the introduction of new revenue streams and delivered new cost efficiencies in critical segments of the business. Patrick played a central role in the negotiation and implementation of the newest La Valette submarine cable system - connecting Malta to France and Egypt, contributing both at the deal table and within the project management team.

Mr. Gatt holds an MBA from Henley Business School and currently serves on the board of SENS Innovation Group Ltd.

There is no other matter concerning Mr. Gatt that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
