The Board of Directors hereby announces that it has received a notification dated 17th March 2025 from Rizzo, Farrugia & CO (Stockbrokers) Ltd, a company registered in Malta with company registration number C 13102 and with registered office at Airways House, Fourth Floor, High Street, Sliema SLM 1551, Malta (obo clients) ("the Shareholder").
The notification indicates that, with effect from 14th March 2025, the Shareholder holds 15.10% (previously holding 14.66%) of the voting rights in the Company.
The notification was made in regard to acquisitions and disposals of voting rights in the Company.
