The Board of Directors hereby announces that it has received a notification dated 29th November 2024 from Rizzo, Farrugia & CO (Stockbrokers) Ltd, a company registered in Malta with company registration number C 13102 and with registered office at Airways House, Fourth Floor, High Street, Sliema SLM 1551, Malta (obo clients) ("the Shareholder")

The notification indicates that, with effect from the 28th November 2024, the Shareholder holds 14.66% (previously holding 15.06%) of the voting rights in the Company.

The notification was made in regard to acquisitions and disposals of voting rights in the Company.
