Scheduled Board Meeting – Interim Unaudited Financial Statements

The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Friday 2 August 2024 to consider, and, if deemed appropriate, approve the Company's interim unaudited financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June 2024.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider the payment of an interim dividend to the Company's shareholders.
