The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Board Meeting – Approval of Financial Statements

The Board of Directors of the Company approved the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and resolved that these be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday 30 May 2024.

The Board of Directors has also authorised the publication of the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements, which will also be available for viewing on the Company's website at https://prodcms.go.com.mt/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Financial-Statments-2023.html attached to this Company Announcement is a Directors' Declaration on ESEF Annual Financial Statements.

The Board of Directors further resolved to recommend that the Annual General Meeting approves the payment of a final dividend of €0.05 net of taxation per share. The payment of this Net Dividend amounts to the total sum of €5.1 million.

The final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be paid on Tuesday 04 June 2024 to all shareholders who are on the shareholders' register as at Tuesday 30 April 2024.

DIRECTORS' DECLARATION ON ESEF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

We, Mr. Paul Testaferrata Moroni Viani and Mr. Paul Fenech, in our capacity as Directors of GO p.l.c. - C22334, hereby certify:

• i. approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and is hereby being made available to the public.
• ii. That the Annual Financial Report has been prepared in terms of the applicable rules and regulations, including the Commission Delegated Regulations on the European Single Electronic Format ("ESEF") and the Capital Markets Rules.
• iii. original signed by the auditor and that no alterations have been made to the audited elements of the Annual Financial Report including the annual financial statements.
• iv. That the Annual Financial Report shall serve as the official document for the purposes of the Capital Markets Rules and the Companies Act (Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta).
