Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Company announces that Mr Michael Agius, holder of Maltese Identity Card No. 106392M of 87, The Adelaide, Apt 21, Triq id-Dugħ, Marsaskala, Malta has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a non-executive director in terms of Article 99(2) of the Articles of Association of the Company.

Mr Agius is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. He also holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Malta. Mr Agius holds the office of Director of Finance (Major Projects) at Hili Ventures Limited and has previously served as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services division of an audit firm. Over the years, Mr Agius has gained extensive experience in corporate finance, valuations, financial modelling, and business advisory.

The appointment is with effect from the 11 January 2024.

There are no matters with respect to Mr Agius to be disclosed in terms of Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
