Plaza Centres plc (the "Company") Extension of Offer to purchase bonds

QUOTE

The Board of Directors announces that during the month of October, the Company redeemed a total of €30,000 in 3.9% unsecured bonds 2026 and that the Company extends the offer to stand in the market to repurchase a further €470,000 until 31 December 2023 at a maximum price of €0.984 per Bond.
