The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Appointment of Board Director

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Azmi Lahmar, holder of Tunisian passport C836742 residing at 3 Rue Safsaf Laouina, Tunis, Republic of Tunisia, is being appointed as director of the Company with effect from the 16th March 2023.

Mr. Lahmar is the current Chief Wholesale & International Officer at Tunisie Telecom. He joined Tunisie Telecom in 1994 and has since held several other key managerial positions. He is also Tunisie Telecom's representative on the management committees of different international consortiums such as submarine cables SMW4, SMW3 and MECMA and previously also acted as the International Infrastructure Director.

Mr. Lahmar is a Graduate Engineer in Telecommunications from the Higher School of Posts and Telecommunications of Tunis and has a Masters Degree in Telecommunications from SUPCOM' Tunis and INRST Montreal.

There is no other matter concerning Mr. Azmi Lahmar that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
