Errate Corrige – Bond Cancellation

QUOTE

Reference is made to Company Announcement PZC 221/2022 issued on the 1 March 2022.

The Board would like to clarify that during the month of February, the Company purchased a total of €1,405,000 in 3.9% unsecured bonds 2026 (MT0000121203). In accordance with section 5.9.3. of the Securities Note forming part of the Prospectus dated 11 August, 2016, the said bonds shall be cancelled forthwith and may not be re-issued or re-sold.

Moreover, as already mentioned in Company Announcement PZC 221/2022, the Company extends the offer to stand in the market to purchase the remaining balance of €595,000 until 31 March 2022 at a maximum price of €103.50 per Bond.

Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
