Extension of offer to purchase bonds

Date of announcement 22 February 2022 Reference PZC 220/2022 In Terms of Capital Market Rules

QUOTE

The Board of Directors announces that the Company is increasing the value of bonds that it shall stand in the market to purchase from the current value of €850,000 to €2,000,000. Unless the term is extended the Company shall acquire bonds in the market up to the 28 February 2022 at a maximum price of €103.50 per Bond.
