The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

Information to the Market – COVID‐19

Quote

In view of the current situation with the COVID‐19 pandemic, the Company hereby informs the market that in line with the announcement made yesterday by Prime Minister Dr. Robert Abela during a news conference, non‐essential retail outlets, which form the majority of tenancies at our shopping mall, will be closed from today until the 11th of April 2021. This closure is yet again, expected to have a negative impact on the Company's revenue.

The Board of directors and management remain committed to take all necessary actions to mitigate the negative impact of the pandemic and will continue to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis with a view primarily to safeguarding the well‐being of our customers who frequent our shopping mall, as well as our tenants and all service providers involved in our operational activities.
