Further to the share buy-backs undertaken by the Company over the course of November and December 2020, the company re-purchased 2,750,000 shares. In line with the authorisation granted by the annual general meeting, as part of share re-purchase the board of directors has resolved that all of the shares re-purchased be cancelled.
