QUOTE
Further to Company Announcement 191/2020 and 195/2020, the Board of Directors announces that the company shall once again be offering its shareholders the opportunity to tender their shares to the company, if they so desire, at any price within a range of €0.90 to €0.95. for a maximum amount of 750,000 ordinary shares. All offers that will be considered must be received between the 02 December and 16.00hrs of the 04 December 2020. Offers must be made by a stockbroker who will complete the enclosed form. The form must be submitted via email to [email protected] and [email protected]
The company further announces that it will select the lowest priced offers to fulfil the amount of the stated buyback. If there are not enough shares offered at the lowest price to accomplish the desired buy back, the company may accept offers from the next higher priced tier within the established range.
Any offers accepted by the company will be officially traded on the Malta Stock Exchange on Wednesday 9 December 2020.
