Further to company announcement 195/2020, the company reports that as part of the share buy-back it has received 7 different offers from shareholders for an aggregate of 3,529,797 shares who expressed an interest in selling back their shares in the company. The best offers received by the company was for a total of 1,000,000 shares at the price of Eur0.92c. In line with the terms announced these shares will be traded on the MSE for value on 19 November 2020.
