Further to company announcement 191/2020 the Board of Directors announces that the company shall once again be offering its shareholders the opportunity to tender their shares to the company, if they so desire, at any price within a range of €0.90 to €0.95. This price range has been reduced in line with bids made in the last exercise where the winning bid was closed at 92.5c. Tenders will be accepted from Wednesday 11 November to Friday 13 November at 16:00. Offers are to be made by a stockbroker who will be required to complete the enclosed form. The form is to be submitted via email to investorrelations@plazamalta.com and finance@plazamalta.com
