Extension of offer to purchase up to €2,000,000 in Bonds

QUOTE

Reference is made to announcement 182/2020, where it was announced that the Board of Directors intended to repurchase up to a further €2,000,000 in 3.9% unsecured bonds 2026 (MT0000121203), at a fixed price of €103.50 per bond.

The Board of Directors have agreed to extend the offer to stand in the market for the balance out of the original €2,000,000, of €1,550,000 million for a further month until the 24 November 2020.
