COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

The Company announces that in line with the on‐going advice with respect to mass gatherings by the public health authorities and in line with Legal Notice 288/2020, the Company will be holding this year's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") remotely on 9 September 2020. The meeting will not be transmitted live, but a full report of the meeting will be uploaded on the Company's website within 48 hours from the meeting.

Shareholders are nonetheless entitled to participate and vote and are therefore encouraged to submit the proxy to the Company, nominating the Chairman as their proxy and indicating their voting preferences accordingly. The Form of Proxy may be sent to the Company no later than 48 hours before the time appointed for the AGM either:

a) By mail to Tigné Mall plc, The Point Shopping Mall, Management Suite, Tigné Point, TP01, Malta; or b) By email on the following address: agm@thepointmalta.com

Shareholders are also entitled to ask questions that are pertinent and related to any of the items on the agenda for the meeting. Any such questions may likewise be submitted in writing no later than 48 hours before the meeting and sent to the Company Secretary by mail at Tigné Mall plc, The Point Shopping Mall, Management Suite, Tigné Point, TP01, Malta, or by email on agm@thepointmalta.com. All questions and replies will be published on the Company's website.

Shareholders on the Company's Share Register at the Central Securities Depositary of the Malta Stock Exchange as at close of business on 10th August 2020, will receive notice of the Annual General Meeting together with the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019.
