The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Reference is made to an announcement dated 03 July 2020 in which the Company announced that the board of directors of Cablenet Communication Systems Limited, with registered office at Nimeli Court, Block A, Floor 2, 41-49 Ayiou Nicolaou Street, Engomi, 2048, Nicosia, Cyprus and with company registration number HE 137520 ("Cablenet"), had authorised the submission of an Application for Authorisation for Admissibility to Listing to the Listing Authority requesting the approval of a prospectus in relation to a proposed public issue in Malta of 4% unsecured bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to Euro 40,000,000 (the "Bonds").

The Company announces the submission, by Cablenet, of an Application for Authorisation for Admissibility to Listing to the Listing Authority requesting the approval of a prospectus in relation to proposed public issue of the Bonds.

Reference is further made to an announcement dated 01 June 2020 in which the Company was pleased to announce that should Cablenet proceed with the issuance of the Bonds (the "Bond Issue"), a portion of the Bonds will be available for subscription by the Company's shareholders on a preferential basis. The Company's shareholders should note that those shareholders that will be given preference when participating in the Bond Issue are those shareholders of the Company that appear on the Company's share register at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange at close of business on 17 July 2020 which includes trades in the Company up to 15 July 2020.
