The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Reference is made to an announcement dated 01 June 2020 in which the Company announced that Cablenet Communication Systems Limited, with registered office at Nimeli Court, Block A, Floor 2, 41-49 Ayiou Nicolaou Street, Engomi, 2048, Nicosia, Cyprus and with company registration number HE 137520 ("Cablenet"), was in advanced preparations in respect of a proposed public issue in Malta of 4% unsecured bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to Euro 40,000,000 (the "Bonds"). It was further noted that, if approved by the Board of Directors of Cablenet (the "Cablenet Board"), an application would be submitted to the Maltese Listing Authority requesting the admissibility to listing of the Bonds and to the Board of Directors of the Malta Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") for the Bonds to be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange.

The Company announces that the Cablenet Board has authorised the submission of an Application for Authorisation for Admissibility to Listing to the Listing Authority requesting the approval of a prospectus in relation to proposed public issue of the Bonds.

Application will be made, in respect of the Bonds, to the Malta Stock Exchange for their admittance to the Official List and for trading to commence thereafter.
