COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Further to the previous announcements issued on the 2 April 2020 and on the 19 May 2020, wherein the Company declared that due to the current extraordinary circumstances, it will be re-evaluating the recommendation to pay a dividend of €0.14 (net of taxation), the Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors has today agreed to recommend to the Annual General Meeting the approval of the payment of a dividend of €0.10 (net of taxation). The final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2019 will be paid to all shareholders on the shareholders' register as at Thursday 30 April 2020, as had been announced in a Company Announcement dated 12 March 2020.

The Annual General Meeting will now be held on Tuesday 28 July 2020, and if approved, the dividend will be paid on the 30 July 2020. Further details on the location will be announced in due course. In view of public health considerations, shareholders are encouraged to send their proxy to the Chairman and submit any questions to the Company by the 26 July 2020. The Company further announces that there will be no reception held after the meeting.
