The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Further to the announcement issued on the 2 April 2020, wherein the Company declared that due to the current extraordinary circumstances, it will be re-evaluating the recommendation to pay a dividend of €0.14 (net of taxation), the Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors has not yet taken a final decision and in the circumstances it will continue to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis and will keep the market updated as necessary.
