COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

Subsequent to the announcement of the Minister of Health and the Superintendent of Public Health on the 1st of May 2020, the Board of Directors of Tigné Mall p.l.c is pleased to announce that The Point shopping mall has re‐opened for business as of the 4th of May 2020. The new opening hours for this initial period have been reduced and shall be Monday to Saturday 11.00hrs to 18.00hrs. The mall's operation has been resumed subject to strict adherence to the stringent health and safety measures and procedures as laid down by the public health authorities.

In support of this, management has made sure that all outlets that have been granted permission to re‐open were fully briefed with respect to the measures to be deployed within their respective stores and has introduced a strict daily cleansing and sanitising regime for the mall's common areas. Temperature reading and hand sanitising is now compulsory upon entering the mall and is being carried out at all entry points. The use of protective face masks and adherence to social distancing measures is likewise compulsory. These safeguards have been introduced for the wellbeing of both the mall's visitors and its staff, and management is committed to ensuring their observance on an on‐ going basis.

In line with company announcement TML 76/2020, issued on the 23rd of March 2020, when the mall temporarily ceased operations, the Board of Directors and management will continue to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis and will take any further measures that render the mall a safe destination within the prevailing circumstances.
