The following is a Company Announcement issued by Plaza Centres plc ('The Company') pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

The Board of Directors announces that following the announcement made by the Minister of Health and Superintendent of Public Health on the 1st of May, 2020, whereby shopping malls would be allowed to resume activity as of the 4th May 2020, the Plaza has resumed business subject to the restrictions imposed by the public health authorities.

Management at Plaza is taking all necessary measures to ensure full compliance with all health-related precautions announced by the public health authorities with a view to guarding against the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

The Board of Directors will continue to monitor the situation closely and will keep under review its policies as the situation evolves
