The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

Resignation and Appointment of Director

The Company hereby announces that Ms Muriel Rutland, holder of identity card number 414379(M), and residing at Flat 1, Wied il‐Ghasel Court, Triq il‐Wied, Mosta, Malta, has resigned from the office of Director of the Company, as well as from the Audit Committee, with effect from 1st April 2020. The Board of Directors thanked Ms Rutland for her service and wished her success for the future.

The Company also announces the appointment of Ms Caroline Buhagiar Klass, holder of identity card number 63876(M), and residing at Surfline Apartment, Flat 8, Block B, Triq Lampuka, Marsaskala, Malta, as a non‐executive Director of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee effective from 1st April 2020. The Audit Committee is now composed of Mr David Demarco (Chairman of Audit Committee), Dr Alicia Agius Gatt and Ms Caroline Buhagiar Klass.

Ms Caroline Buhagiar Klass is a seasoned business professional who has started her career in Operations before moving into Human Resources. She began her career with STMicroelectronics in Malta in the 1990s before moving overseas to drive the Talent agenda in France and Italy. In 2010 she moved to Singapore where she later joined AXA Insurance as the Head of Talent, Learning and Development covering Asia Pacific. She returned to Malta during 2015 after 14years of international career. Ms Caroline Buhagiar Klass has a Diploma in Adult Education with the University of Malta and a Master's of Science in Work Psychology from the University of Leicester, UK. In April 2018 Ms Caroline Buhagiar Klass was appointed Head of Human Resources of HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c.

There is no other matter concerning Ms Caroline Klass that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
