The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

Information to the Market – COVID-19

In view of the current situation brought about by the COVID-19 crisis, the Company hereby informs the market that in line with the announcement made yesterday by the Health Minister Chris Fearne during a news conference, outlets providing non-essential goods operating in shopping malls or elsewhere have to close. Undoubtedly, this is expected to have a negative impact on the Company's revenue.

The Board of directors and management are monitoring the situation on an ongoing basis with a view primarily to safeguard the well-being of its own employees, all those working in the shopping mall and the interest of its stakeholders. It is too early to quantify the financial impact that this pandemic will have, especially since it is not known until when it will last. Although the situation is unprecedented and predictions are extremely difficult, the Board of directors and management remain committed to take all necessary actions to mitigate the negative impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.
