The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Norbert Prihoda, holder of Slovak passport, BA0740618, residing at 02 Rue de l'Ile de Sicile, Tunis, Republic of Tunisia, is being appointed as director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Prihoda is Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of Tunisie Telecom. Previously he held the role of Head of Portfolio Group of the Emirates International Telecommunications LLC (EIT) responsible for value creation at the EIT operating companies. Mr. Prihoda was a member of the Board of Directors of the Company between 2010 and 2016. He also held the roles of Chief Operations Officer of the Company and Chief Mobile Operations Officer of Mobisle Communications Ltd (Go Mobile) between 2007 and 2010. Mr. Prihoda also served as a board director of Tunisie Telecom and BMIT Limited. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry including different roles in Axiom LLC in Dubai, T-Mobile and various Middle Eastern service providers. He holds a PhD degree in macroeconomics and foreign direct investments.

There is no other matter concerning Mr. Norbert Prihoda that needs to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
