The following is a Company Announcement issued by Plaza Centres plc ('The Company') pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

Plaza Centres p.l.c. announces that it has entered into a preliminary agreement in connection with the sale of Tigne Place in Sliema Malta.

The preliminary agreement is subject to a number of conditions that need to be satisfied prior to closing and a definite deed of sale executed. If all conditions are satisfied it is scheduled that the final deed of sale closes in June 2020.
