The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the FMA as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces that Mr. Ayrton Caruana, holder of Identity Card number 031488M residing at Matla Court, Mons A Caruana Street, Mqabba has been appointed as Chief Service Operations Officer with effect from the 1st of July 2019.

Mr. Caruana has 11 years of experience in telecoms within GO. He currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company, a position he will continue to hold in the interim period until his replacement is appointed.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Caruana that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
