The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that board director Mr. Jamel Sakka, holder of Tunisian passport, X172792, residing at Apartement A11 Residence Cham Ennacim Mnihla Ariana 2024, Tunisie, will be relinquishing his post with effect from the 6th May 2019. The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Sakka for his loyal service and wished him success for the future.

The Company also announces that Mr. Lassaad Ben Dhiab, holder of Tunisian passport, Y453546, residing at TT Rue de Paradis Ariana 2080 Tunisie, is being appointed in his stead with effect from the 6th May 2019.

Mr. Ben Dhiab has more than 28 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. He has held major roles in engineering, management and implementation of telecommunications solutions. Mr. Ben Dhiab has recently been appointed Chief Technical Officer at Tunisie Telecom.

Mr. Ben Dhiab is a Graduate Engineer in Telecommunications from the Higher School of Posts and Telecommunications of Tunis and has a Masters Degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Sciences of Monastir.

There is no other matter concerning Mr. Ben Dhiab that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
