The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority.

Reference is made to a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in respect of a proposed initial public offering, by the Company, of up to forty-nine per cent (49%) of the ordinary shares of BMIT Technologies p.l.c. C48299 ("BMIT") at an offer price of forty-nine Euro cents (EUR 0.49) per share in BMIT published by the Company on the 09 January 2019.

The Company's shareholders are reminded that, in terms of the Prospectus, the offer period during which the Company's shareholders may apply for shares in BMIT was between 17 January 2019 and 31 January 2019, (both days included) and is therefore now closed.
