Reference is made to an announcement made by the Company on the 07 January 2019 in which it was stated that the Listing Authority had approved the prospectus (the "Prospectus") submitted to, for approval by, the Listing Authority in respect of a proposed initial public offering, by the Company, of up to forty-nine per cent (49%) of the ordinary shares of BMIT Technologies p.l.c. C 48299 ("BMIT") at an offer price of forty-nine Euro cents (EUR 0.49) per share in BMIT and the admissibility to listing of the ordinary shares of BMIT pursuant to the Listing Rules.
