The Company announces that Dr. Roderick Zammit Pace's term of office as Company Secretary will expire on 315 December 2018. The Company wishes to thank Dr. Zammit Pace for his service to the Board and announces the appointment of Ms. Daniela Fenech, of Muguet, Triq tal-Qattus, Ghaxaq as Company Secretary with effect from 1st January 2019.

Ms. Daniela Fenech, an accountant by profession, has been employed with the Company for over nine years and holds the role of Financial Controller, where she heads the Company's finance and administration department.

There are no matters concerning Ms. Fenech that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5,20.9.
