The Company refers to an announcement published on the 03 October 2018 entitled "Initial Public Offering of Shares in BMIT Technologies p.l.c. C48299"; an announcement published on the 10 October 2018 whereby the Company convened an extraordinary general meeting for the 03 December 2018; an announcement dated 23 October 2018 whereby the resolutions proposed for the extraordinary general meeting were communicated; an announcement dated 01 November 2018 whereby the Company announced the publication of a circular in connection with the approval of the resolutions proposed for the extraordinary general meeting; the circular published on the 01 November 2018 in connection with the approval of the resolutions proposed for the extraordinary general meeting; an announcement dated 14 November 2018 whereby the Company announced the publication of a slideshow in connection with initial public offering of BMIT Technologies p.l.c. C48299 (collectively referred to the "Documents").

In terms of the Documents, and for clarification purposes, the Company hereby announces that the disposal of up to forty-nine per cent (49%) of its shareholding in BMIT Technologies p.l.c. C48299 shall be made by means of an initial public offering of the shares in BMIT Technologies p.l.c. C48299 at an offer price of forty-nine Euro cents (EUR 0.49) per share in BMIT Technologies p.l.c. C48299.
