COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Board of Directors of the Company has today considered and approved the condensed interim financial statements of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2018. The said condensed interim financial statements are available for viewing at the registered office of the Company, on the Company's website www.thepointmalta.com in the "Investor Relations" section, or by clicking directly on http://www.thepointmalta.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Interim-Financial-Statementsended-30-June-2018.pdf.

The Directors have also declared an interim net dividend payment of €726,150 (2017: €726,150) equivalent to €0.0128 per nominal €0.50 share. The interim dividend will be paid on 31 August 2018 to shareholders on the Company's register at the Central Securities Depositary of the Malta Stock Exchange at close of business on 17 August 2018.
