The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company" or "GO") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

GO announces that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Nikhil Patil, holder of British Passport number 518174825 and residing at 2, Vardens Road, London SW111RH, United Kingdom as Chief Executive Officer of GO with effect from the 9th April 2018. Mr. Patil is a professional with over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations and mergers & acquisitions across telecoms companies like GO, Cablenet, BMIT and Interoute. Mr. Patil acted as a non-executive director for GO between 3 February 2012 and 9 September 2016, working closely with the Company's executive management defining and implementing its strategy. He had helped GO achieve its strategic goals by acquiring and integrating key acquisitions like Multiplus, BMIT, Kinetix and Cablenet. He was also responsible for oversight of GO's financial reporting, risk management and disclosures as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Patil was also responsible for the creation of Malta Properties Company p.l.c., today one of the largest publicly listed real estate companies in Malta. Mr. Patil currently holds the office of Chief Executive Officer at Malta Properties Company plc where between 9th April and 1 June 2018 he will continue working on a transitional basis. Mr Patil has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland. Mr. Patil is a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA).

There are no further matters concerning Mr. Patil that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
