The following is a Company Announcement issued by GO p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Ruben Zammit holder of identity card number 434178M currently residing at 44, Villa Riviera, Triq W. Lassel, Mellieha, is being appointed as Chief Finance Officer of the Company with effect from the 20th February 2018.

Mr Zammit, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, occupied various key posts with the most recent being Chief Executive Officer of a financial services listed company. He also held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Zammit was also formerly employed in finance and accounting with reputable audit and accountancy firms.

Mr. Zammit's career spans more than 20 years. He brings the expertise and track record of a successful professional, along with the hands-on business experience of a seasoned operations executive. This strong combination of skills and experience will provide added value to the management structure of the Company.

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Zammit that need to be disclosed in terms of the Listing Rules.
